The location was awesome—easy walking distance to the city and tram stops nearby, which made getting around a breeze. The room was spacious and had a nice little kitchenette, which was super handy.

Check-in was a bit of a hassle, taking around 30 minutes with a long line. I also ran into issues with the electronic room key not working and had to go back to the front desk. Plus, it would’ve been nice if the cleanliness was better; I found some dusty spots in the room that could use attention.

Loved every detail about my very comfortable 5 nights stay here. Incredible and welcoming staff, helped me a lot. The room was modern and well-organised with housekeeping did come as expected. The location was great and stunning for traveling around Melbourne, not far from Trams, St Kilda, and the tram line. I tried some drinks at restaurant Cinnamon's Restaurant & Bar, located 5 minutes walk away.

I was really let down by the dirty bathroom; the toilet was stained and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. It made everything feel uninviting. You expect better for the price we paid, especially with no real food options around.

Staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay truly UNFORGETTABLE. Comfy beds, Netflix on the flat-screen TV, and modern amenities made it an absolute joy to stay here.
